Our 6,000 sq ft food factory puts out dozens and dozens of items every day which can be purchased in bulk or by weight - such as boxed salads, roast meats, and dressings and sauces. Everything, across the whole group, is made by us from scratch. The bakery section produces many different kinds of bread, including ciabatta, sour dough, baguette and tortilla. Existing clients of this impressive operation include Uncle Russ, Pret, and various airlines.
